MARINE REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

With over 35 years’ experience in the ship building and repair industry, CMT provide quick turnaround solutions for any type of vessels.

CMT has a successful track record of repairing Bulk Carriers, Container Vessels, Harbour Crafts, Dredgers, Tug Boats Barges and Jack-up Platforms.

ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SURVEYS

CMT has a workshop fully equipped to carry out marine fabrication and steel renewals endorsed by classification societies and inspection authorities.

All work undertaken is carried out as per our quality controlled plans drawn up in accordance with client specifications. All contracts are carried out and maintained under the rules of ISO 9001/ 2015.

We specialise in mobilising our work force to vessels in port during cargo operation on a 24 hour bases to carry out the following repairs:

MARINE PIPE FABRICATION & REPAIRS

CMT carries out fabrications and repairs to Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper and Alloys.

All pipe work is carried out by qualified coded pipe welders certified under ASME IX and all procedures are approved by all classifications societies.

With over 40 years of experience in the ship building and repair industry CMT has accumulated immense experience on a variety of piping systems such as Bilge Piping, Ballast Water Treatment Piping, Fuel Piping and Hydraulic Piping to name a few.
